One file per game code: <code>.md, holding base files, updates, DLC.

Rules

• Every artifact row needs: version, region, SHA-256, link, date checked.
• Never trust an unhashed dump; hash it yourself before adding.
• Dumps are split between game data and system data — say which part a link contains.
• Dump versions are not interchangeable with loader versions — see Software.
